For the specific needs of high-performance winding, we have developed a system of ground cores and papertubes that allows us to obtain polished, ground surface cardboard cores that offer excellent performance in terms of winding thin film.

The processing we carry out enables us to optimise and perfect the rewinding possibilities of plastic and speciality films and allow them to be used right down to the last turn.

RECTIFIED CARDBOARD TUBES

Our rectified tubes have a particularly smooth outer surface without the undulations that result from the combination of finishing papers, especially at the spiral track between the two cardboard strips.

Thanks to our experience in this field, we have designed and manufactured a product that enables very high performance regular film winding, both in terms of flow rate and speed, right from the beginning of the reel and that cancels the transmission phenomenon produced by the ripple defect from the inside of the reel to the outside.
