Stubbornly navigating toward continuous improvement, we decided to replace the old Certification Institute to make use of an Integrated Management System that allows us to integrate the Risk Management process in-house, with the aim of identifying, reducing and transferring the Company’s risks to protect our value. <\/strong><\/p>\n

You may have never realized it, but security is often addressed by different offices, without standardization and without a true understanding of the level of risk to the business.<\/p>\n

In order to find a solution, a C.R.O (Chief Risk Officer) type position should be created, dedicated to safeguarding security as a whole. This activity is precisely called RISK MANAGEMENT or risk management process better defined by UNI 11230 and UNI 31000.<\/p>\n

Risk Management is a process that starts with a RISK PRIORITY analysis and gradually becomes part of the corporate culture, motivated by organizational models such as the ex 231 model, is doing limitedly for predicate offenses.<\/p>\n

In this way it is possible to consider the potential impact of different types of risk on business processes, activities, operators, and thus products and services in the medium term. It is a highly valued process as a point of reference for the various corporate directorates, which are increasingly bombarded by commercial promoters (brokers) who have made security a commodity of commerce and a model of liability discharge. Thus, there is an urgent need to gain awareness (Model 231 with the code of ethics teaches just that) on the part of management in making decisions in a market that is constantly changing and full of uncertainties.<\/p>\n
