While stubbornly striving towards continuous perfection we have decided to replace our old Certification Institute in order to have an Integrated Management system which will allow us to integrate internally a Risk Management process, with a view to identifying, reducing and transferring Company risks to protect our value.

Perhaps it has escaped your attention, but safety is often managed, by various offices, without standardisation and without real understanding of risk levels for the company.

In order to find a solution, the position of CRO (Chief Risk Officer) should be created, tasked with maintaining safety in general. This activity is called RISK MANAGEMENT, a process which is better defined by the UNI 11230 and UNI 31000 standards.

At TUBITEX we have chosen to be safe, because if we are, YOU the customer will ALSO be safe!

To find out more…

Risk Management is a process which begins with a RISK PRIORITY analysis, and gradually enters company culture motivated by organisational models such as the effects that Italian “Model Ex 231”, is having on limiting presumed risks.

In this way, the potential impact of different types of risks in company procedures and activities can be considered, both for operators and in turn for products and services in the mid-term. It is a process which is appreciated, as a point of reference for the various directions the company is taking, ever more bombarded by brokers which have made safety a product, and a way of waiving liability. Management therefore must urgently acquire consciousness (as Model 231 Code of Ethics points out) when taking decisions in a continuously changing marketplace full of uncertainty.

At Tubitex, we have made the first step by placing out trust in a certification partner which is not only a service provider, but a collaborator with whom to grow and undertake new challenges.

CHANGE DOESN’T FRIGHTEN US! AT TUBITEX WE HAVE LEARNT TO MANAGE MARKET EVOLUTION AND OVERCOME SURPRISES!
